人工干草的研制

摘要 高温下迅速脱水的人工草粉是一种廉价的蛋白质和维生素源。本课题设计了一整套快速干燥的程序和机组,用煤为干燥能源和间接换热的热空气为干燥介质,鲜草可在1~3分钟内充分脱水,养分损失少,胡萝卜素仅损失20%,产品品质优良,色泽青绿,气味芳香。在牧草丰富和能源充足的地区应用此项技术可取得明显社会经济效益。 The grass meal quickly dehydrated in high temperature is a low-cost source of proteins and vitamins. The fast grass drying procedures and a complete set of drying machines were designed in this study. With coal as the source of energy and indirect hot air as drying medium, fresh grass could be sufficiently dehydrated within 1-3 minutes. The loss of main nutrients of the grass meal dried by this method was very low. The loss of carotenes, for example, was only about 20%. In addition, the grass product remained green and fragrant. Better social and commercial benefits may be obtained from this technique in places where there are rich forage feeds and sufficient energy source. Therefore, deveploping enterprises producing dried grass meal artificially may be an important way to solve the problem of being deficient in staple feed materials in this country.
