小儿重症肌无力的发病特点(附350例分析)

CHARACTERISTICS OF THE ONSET OF CHILD MYASTHENIA GRAVIS(ANALYSIS OF 350 CASES )

350例小儿重症肌无力中,男171例,女179例,男女之比为1:1.05;发病高峰为2～4岁,占42.9%;10岁前发病者居多数,占85.4%;首发症状以眼部症状最多,占97.4%,其中尤以脸下垂最常见,占90.6%;小儿患者并非罕见,占同期诊治的重症肌无力患者总数的44.9%.

The characteNstics of the onset in 350 children with myasthenia gravis were analysed. We found the numbers of boys and girls were about equal (1:1.05). The peak age of onset was between 2 and 4 years(42.9%). Most child patients (85.4%) occurred before 10 years old. Child myasthenia gravis are not rare. The disease occurs in infancy and childhood more frequently than previously suspected.Child myasthenia gravis comprises almost half of all myasthenia gravis cases (44.9%) . The most commonly initial symptoms are ocular symptoms (97.4%), particularly ptosis(90.6%) .
