摘要
本文对中国、英国海洋石油开发管理现状作了扼要介绍,并进行了初步对比和分析。从英国海洋石油开发成功的经验、失败的教训中吸取教益,结合中国具体情况,探讨了中国海洋石油开发的路子。
This paper briefly introduces the present status and makes a preliminary comparative study of the offshore oil development and management in China and Britain. In the light of the benefits gained from Britain's succeseful experiences in oil decelopment and management and China's specific conditions, some suggestions are proposed for China's offshore oil development and management.
