摘要
从百合科（Liliaceae)植物暗紫贝母（Fritillaria unibracterta Haiao et K.C.Hsia)的干燥鳞茎中分到2个化合物，经化学及光谱方法分别鉴定为22，26－imino-17,23-α－oxido-5a-jerv-12-en-11-oxo-3β－ol（晶J）和蔗糖（晶II），其中晶I为百合科植物中新的白藜芦碱（Jervine)类异甾体生物碱，命名为松贝辛（Songbeisine).
Two compounds have been isolated from the bulb of Fritillaria unibracteata Hsiao et K. C. Hsia which is inclttded in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia as one of the original species of "Chuan Bei-mu" of family Liliaceae. They were identified respectively as 22, 26-imino-17, 23-β-oxido-5α-jerv-12-en-11-oxo-3β-ol(Ⅰ) and Sucrose(Ⅱ)by means of chemical and spectroscopic methods. I is a new Jervine isosteroidal alkoloid and named as Songbeisine.
