摘要
用刺五加多糖及其甙B,D和E,羧甲基茯苓多糖,银耳多糖等对本室自建的Sso1和S7s11白血病细胞系进行了干扰素诱生和促诱生试验,其药物促诱生组的干扰素效价比常规诱生组(3.45±0.173lgu/ml)高10-20倍,可见这些药物是理想的干扰素促诱生剂,这些细胞可用于干扰素生产,药物促诱生干扰动力学试验表明,药物促诱生和常规诱生干扰素的动态曲线均在4-20h逐渐上升,20-24h达高峰,后逐渐下降,但在各相应时期的促诱生干扰素效价均明显高于常规诱生,促诱生效应的最佳时间是在20-24h.
S(?)81 and S7811 leukemic cell lines established by our department was used in interferon (IFN)induction and stimulation induction with the polysaccharose from Tremella fuciformus(Tp), earboxy methyl-Pachrmaran(CMP) and Acanthopanax sentieosus(PAS) or the Eleutherosides B, D and E of PAS. The IFN titer of stimulative induction of these Chinese medicines was found to be 10—20 times higher than the eonventional IFN induction, thus they may be used as ideal IFN helpinducers, and the cell line we developed may be used for IFN production. Results obtained from dynamic studies showed that the dynamic curves of IFN stimulating induction of PAS or CMP and conventional induction raise gradually in 4-20 h and reached its peak at 20-40h and then declined gradually. In the sameperiod of induction, the IFN titer of stimulation of these medicines are significantly higher than that of the conventional induction. The most effective period of stimulation induction is from 20—40h.
