88例青壮年偏头痛血液流变学观察

AN OBSERVATION OF HEMORHEOLOGY IN EIGHTYEIGHT CASES OF MIGRAINE IN THE YOUNG AND ADULTS

本文对88例青壮年偏头痛患者的血液流变学七项指标进行了观察。结果发现偏头痛病人血液流变学异常改变明显,典型偏头痛三项以上异常率男性62.5%、女性17.2%;普通型男性60%、女性21.7%,男女性差明显。这种血液流变学异常改变与偏头痛发病机制有关。

7 indexes of hemorheology in 88 cuses of migraine in the young and adults were observed in this puper.The result showed that the chauyes of homorheo logyll in the patients with migraine were very obvious.As regards the abnormal rate in more than 3 indexes of the 7 indexes of hemorheology in typical migra- ine,males were 62.5%,females were 17.2%;in ordinary migraine males were 60%,females were 21.7%.There was significant difference between males and females.The changes may be relevant fo the mechanism of migraine.
