试论科技论文的编写格式(下)

摘要 In recent years,the editorial office of the journal 《Optical Communication Technology》 has received a large number of papers from new writers,many of them are fairly good,but quite a few writers have little knowledge about the form of scientific and technical papers technological periodical.Some papers are not in standard form and have some defects,which makes the papers in comparably low level,eventhough their contents are good.Even a few papers can not be after modification,this is a pity.So this paper will introduce the forms of scientific and technical paper,which includes the definition,main body,preface,punctuation,official measure unit,numerical value amendment of a paper,and a large number of examples are explicated for the reference of the writers and readers.
