摘要
构建系统管理中心已成为IDC当前的迫切需要之一。本文简述了IDC系统对管理的要求和支持。为实现IDC端到端的服务保障,管理功能包含故障管理、网络节点管理和网络设备的配置管理、性能管理、安全管理、客户服务管理等。
The construction of the system management center has become one the earnest demands of LDC. This article briefly describes the management requirements and supports of the IDC system. To provide IDC with end to end service assurance, the management functions include fault management, network node management as well as system facilities management, performance management, security management, and customer service management.
