摘要
本文从电源的小型化出发,简要介绍几种半导体器件和电路的具体应用情况及其发展趋势,其中包括功率晶体管、低耐压MOSFET、CMOS开关稳压器及单芯片电源。
This paper briefly describes the practical applications and developmental trend of several semiconductor devices and circuits including power transistors, low voltage-proof MOSFET, CMOS switching voltage regalutors and single chip power supplies from point of view of power supply miniaturization.
