经鼻腔翼管神经绞榨电灼术的远期疗效观察

Observation on late result of transnasal bilateral vidian nerve squeeze and electro-cauterization

采用经鼻腔同期行双侧翼管神经绞榨电灼术治疗24例常年性鼻炎、复发性鼻息肉,总有效率为66％,其中对血管运动性鼻炎有效率为73％。并对本术式的适应证的选择和并发症的预防等进行讨论。

A new surgical procedure dealing with vidian nerve for treating vaso-motor rhinitis, allergic rhinitis and nasal polyps was introduced. Upon 4 years follow-up study, the total effective- rate was 66% (among them vaso-motor rhinitis ,73 %). The clinical ap-llication of vidian nerve surgery, the prevention of complication, and the approach of surgical access to vidian nerve were discussed.
