摘要
采用免疫荧光组织学方法检查了12例髌骨软骨病等患者的病变软骨标本,发现所有病变软骨标本中的软骨组织损坏区域及残存的软骨细胞上有免疫球蛋白IgG、IgA、IgM和补体C_3附着。
Twelve patients with chondromalacia of patella were studied for evidence of immune com-plexes in the destroyed articular cartilage tissues. Frozen sections fo biopsies of the articularcartilages from operations were stained with fluoresceinated antibodies to human immunoglo-bulins IgG, IgM, IgA, and complement C_3. In all of 12 patients' biopsies, there were immunecomplexes deposited in the disorganized articular cartilage tissues and on some chondrocytesremaining in the tissues. The presence of immune complexes in the cartilages suggested thatan autoimmune reaction participated in the pathological process of articular cartilage injury,and that the autoimmune reaction may be responsible for the continuous disorganization ofthe injured cartilage.
