摘要 为探讨半月板损伤和创伤性关节炎的关系,SEM观察正常和损伤半月板的表面超微结构。正常半月板的表面是由条状隆起和沟组成,条状隆起的存在是半月板弹性良好的标志。损伤半月板的非破裂区可见继发病变,表现为条状隆起消失、剥脱,半月板表面糜烂、凹凸不平。病史越长,继发病变越重。继发病变也是造成关节软骨退变、形成创伤性关节炎的因素。对半月板损伤要早期诊断、早期处理。 Superficial ultrastructures of normal and injuried menisci were observed by scanningelectron microscope in order to study the relation between meniscus injury and traumaticosteoarthritis. The surface of normal menisci was composed of ridges and groves. Ridges werea marker of good elasticity of menisci. On the non-ruptured area of the injuried menisci,there was secondary lesion,which disappearance and exfoliation of ridges,erosion and rough ofmeniscus surface, were showed.The longer the medical history,the more serious secondary lesion.The secondary lesion was also a factor of degeneration of articular cartilage and traumaticosteoarthritis. It is emphasized that meniscus injury should be early diagnosed and treated.
