老年人免疫功能异常变化的临床观察及其评价(Ⅰ)

Clinical Observation and Estimation on Abnormal Changes of Immunologic Function in senile Patients

老年人生理适应与防卫能力进行性下降,对有害因子易伤性增加,导致多种老年病的发生。因此,免疫系统功能与衰老的关系问题,已是现代老年病学和免疫学进行多方深入研究的重要内容。我们近两年多来对老年人免疫功能变化做了临床观察检测与统计分析。现报告如下。 1.

In this research, three groups of subjects were analysed, which were the group of the senile petients, the group of presenile petients(45 cases and 47cases respectively) ,and the group of the normal control(30-45 years old, 40 subjects, all health abults ). T lymphocyte, helper T and suppressor T lymphcyte, and IgG, IgM,IgA,complement c3 was detectioned in each subject respectively, and then the results fo detection were analysed statistically. That showed that the abnormal changes werethe most obvious in the senile group, and these changes were nortable in T lymphcyte as well as TH/TS, all of them were of the significance in, statistics. The effects of treatment with westen or Chinese medicine were discussed briefly.
