摘要
本文阐述了经济发展与人才资源之间的相互关系以及人才资源对经济发展产生的促进作用 ,并以上海市为例 ,分析了目前上海市人才资源开发与管理的进展及其存在的不足 ,进而提出围绕人才高地建设 。
This article elaborates the relations between economic development and talent resources and the promotion to the economic development by the latter. Taking Shanghai Municipality as example, we analyze the present progress and shortcoming of the development and management of Shanghai talent recourses. Based on the research and focused on the construction of talent highland, we advance some measures on the development and management of Shanghai talent recourses.
