摘要
采用基尼系数、带间差异系数、带别特化系数、地区特化率指标对昆明城市中心区的零售商业服务业的区位类型和服务级别进行了划分 ,区分出向心分布、离心分布、局部集聚、均匀分布 4个大类和 10个亚类 ,确定出 5个服务等级。以此对昆明城市零售商业服务业的行业分布与区位特征有一个初步的认识 。
The paper applied the quantity-method into calculating four indexes: Gini's law, zone different, specialization, regional productivity of specialization, and according in concluded Kunming's urban center commercial trade into: four types, ten second types and five service grades. We should be known the distribution characteristics for the above reason, that be centricity, dispersion, local concentration, uniformity.
