摘要
无论从总量上、结构上 ,还是从动态发展上看 ,我国城镇就业问题都是十分严重的 ,并已成为我国21世纪经济社会发展的最大挑战。为此 ,一方面降低劳动力总供给量 ,降低总人口就业率 ,另一方面从加快经济增长、发展非公有制经济和第三产业、中小企业经济、实现市场配置劳动力资源等方面增加需求 ,从而解决我国的就业问题 ,以实现我国经济长期稳定的发展。
The urban unemployment is a very serious problem in our country no matter in aggregate, structural or dynamic way. It has become the biggest challenge to China's social and economic development in 21 centuries. Therefore, on the one hand, we must lower the labor supply quantity and the employment ratio; on the other hand, we should increase the demand quantity of labor by enhancing economic growth. developing small and medium sized enterprises, actualizing the market reallocation mechanism in labor market. Thereby, we could solve the problem of employment and implement a long run and steady economic growth of our country.
