冠状位MRI在喉癌诊断中的应用价值探讨(附28例分析) 被引量:2

摘要 目的 探讨冠状位MRI在喉癌术前诊断中的应用价值。方法 对28例喉癌患者的MRI资料进行回顾性分析,观察肿瘤在冠状位MRI的表现;对肿瘤进行分期,并与临床及手术病理分期相对照。结果 8例声门上肿瘤中冠位显示有6例慢及喉旁间隙,3例慢及会反前隙;17例声门癌中冠状位显示有2例向下浸润;3例跨声门癌MHI表现与手术结果一致。MRI分期准确率为89%。结论 冠状位MRI能提供较多肿瘤浸润的信息,从而使MRI对肿瘤浸润范围的判断更准确,分期更可靠。 Purpose To evaluate MRI coronal scan in diagnosis of laryngeal cancers. Methods The MRI data of 28 cases of primary laryn-geal cancers were retrospectively analyzeds and compared with the clinic and postsurgical pathologic staging. Results On cononal scan paraglottic space and preepiglottic space were invaded in six and three of eight supraglottic tumor espectively. Two of seven glottic tumor extended deeply. The appearances of three cases with transglottic tumors were proved with surgical pathology. The staging accuracy of MRI was 89% . Conclusion MRI coronal scan provided more informaitons of invasion, consquently improve the accuracy of staging.
