纳络酮预防中暑作用初探

摘要 为探讨在高温环境下纳络酮能否预防小鼠中暑的发生 ,在 42℃人工气温室 ,给小鼠腹腔注射不同剂量的纳络酮 ,分别观察不同剂量组小鼠受热 180 ,2 40 ,330min的生存率及平均生存时间。结果 :(1)不同时间内各剂量组小鼠存活率均较对照组降低 ;(2 )在 2 40min受热时间内 ,随剂量的增加存活率有增高的趋势 ,超过 2 40min后 ,这一趋势消失 ;(3)低、中、高剂量组平均生存时间分别为 (2 39 35± 83 99) ,(2 75 0 0± 71 40 ) ,(2 99 6 5± 46 46 )min ,均比对照组 (317 90± 45 5 1)min降低。结果提示纳络酮在预防小鼠 In order to know whether Naloxone can prevent mice from heat stroke,the survival rate and ave\|rage survival time of mice administrated with different doses of Naloxone at 180,240 and 330 min after exposed to 42 ℃ in an environment cabinet were observed.The results were as follows:(1)Survival rates of all dosage group at all different exposure periods were lower than those of the control.(2)Accompanied with the increase of injec\|ted dosage of Naloxone,the survival rate increased within 240 min ,whereas beyond 240 min this trend diminished.(3)The average survival times of low,medium and high dose groups were 239 35±83 99,275 00±71 40 and 299 65± 46 46 min respectively.They all were lower than that of the control(317 90± 45 51 min ).These results suggest that no significance of Naloxone was found in prevention of heat stroke in mice and in increase of survival rate when exposed to 42℃ .
