摘要
采用现场噪声暴露法 ,研究 10 2~ 10 8dB (A)的燕化工业噪声对豚鼠前庭及听功能的影响。结果表明 ,噪声暴露后动物正弦摆动前庭性眼震 (SPVN)的最大慢相速度 (SPV)和频率均无显著变化 ,听性脑干反应 (ABR)阈值明显升高 ,脱离噪声环境后 ,随着时间的推移 ,ABR阈值逐渐下降 。
In order to observe the effects of industrial noise on audio\|vestibular functions of guinea pigs,field exposure was applied.The SPVN and ABR were tested respectively at each survival time.No difference in the slow phase velocity and the frequency of the SPVN before and after noise exposure were found.The significant difference in the ABR threshold was found.The ABR threshold descended gradually after stopping the noise exposure.
