摘要
目的 探讨柞蚕蛹虫草对老龄雄性 Wistar大鼠 LPO含量和 SOD、GSH- Px活性的影响。方法 经口给药 1 4 d后 ,用 NBA法测定红细胞中的 SOD活性 ;DTNB法测定全血中 GSH- Px活性 ;TBA法测定肝脏中 LPO含量。结果 柞蚕蛹虫草对 SOD活性的影响除 1 2 .5mg/ kg体重剂量组与对照组比较差异显著 (P <0 .0 5)外 ,其余 2个剂量组与对照组比较均有极显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,柞蚕蛹虫草对 GSH- PX的活性和 LPO含量的影响除 50 .0 mg/ kg体重剂量组与对照组比较均有极显著性差异 (P<0 .0 1 )外 ,其余 2个剂量组与对照组比较差异显著 (P<0 .0 5)。结论 柞蚕蛹虫草具有提高老龄大鼠 SOD,GSH- Px活性和明显降低
? Objective To explore the effects of cordyceps on LPO contents and SOD and GSH Px activity of rats.Methods The cordyceps was given 14 days,the SOD activity in red cells and GSH Px activity in blood and the LPO contents were determinated respectively by NBA,DTNB,TBA test methods.Results Compared with the control group,the SOD activity was increased significantly in 12 5 mg/kg dose with P <0 05,and in other two dose groups with P <0 01;the differences in GSH Px activity and LPO content was significant in 50 0 mg/kg dose group with P<0 01 and in the other two dose groups with P <0 05.Conclusions Cordyceps can increase the SOD and GSH Px activity and decrease the LPO contents in old rats. 〔
