雌激素对乳腺癌细胞作用的流式细胞光度分析

FLOW CYTOMETRY ANALYSIS OF EFFECTS OF ESTRADIOL AND TAMOXIFEN ON THE MCF-7 HUMAN BREAST CANCER CELLS IN CULTURE

用流式细胞光度计分析雌激素及其拮抗剂对 ER(+)和 ER(-)乳腺癌细胞的作用。所测结果表明:雌激素对 ER(+)乳腺癌细胞具有显著促分裂作用,而雌激素的拮抗剂三苯氧胺则能对抗这种促分裂作用;雌激素及其桔抗荆对 ER(-)乳腺癌细胞无显著作用。

The effects of estradiol and tamoxifen on ER positive human breast carcinoma MCF- 7 and ER negative human breast carcinoma H466B were analysed by flow cytometry.The results showed that estradiol markedly stimulated division and proliferation of MCF-7 cells at 10nmol/L.tamoxifen inhibited the stimulation of estradiol and that estradiol and tamoxifen had no significant effect on the cell cycle of H466B cells at the concentrations used.
