摘要
本文通过 ELISA 方法测定了重组质粒 pMG611在不同宿主和培养条件下,K99和 F41菌毛抗原的表达水平。研究结果表明重组质粒 pMG611在 HB101和 RRI 宿主菌中较在 C600宿主菌中表达更多的 K99和 F41菌毛抗原。实验中还探讨了培养基、温度和丙氨酸对两种菌毛抗原表达的影响。
The expression levels of recombinant plasmid pMG611 for K99 and F41 fimbriae antigens in different hosts and under different incubation conditions were measured by ELISA.The results indicated that recombinant plasmid pMG611-harboring strains HB 101 and RRI produced more fimbriae antigens than that of C600 (pMG611).The effects of the media,temperatures and alanine to the expression of recombinant plasmid pMG611 for K99 and F41 fimbriae antigens were also studied.
