摘要
应用限制性内切酶BamHⅠ、HindⅢ和EcoRⅠ对最近由小儿肺炎和急性上呼吸道感染患者分离到的7型人腺病毒分离株(71株)的基因DNA进行了切断点分析,结果发现辽宁地区流行的两个新基因组型。
DNA cleavage analysis with EcoRⅠ, Hind Ⅲ and BamH Ⅰ were carriedout to investigate genome types of recent Ad7 isolates (71 strains) obtained fromacute respiratory disease (Pneumonia and upper respiratory infection )in Liaoningof China from 1982 to 1986. DNA of the Ad7 isolates was cleaved into specificfragments and resulted fragments were mapped on the adenovirus tyre 7 genomeby analyzing partial digestion products and southern hybridization. Using thistechnique, we originally differentiated two distinct genome types: Isolates typeⅠ and type Ⅱ. This finding reveals that a greater difference in the positions of restriction sites from the prototype strains.
