同种异体肋软骨在听力重建术中的应用

THE USE OF RIB CARTILAGE HOMOGRAFTS IN OSSICULAR RECONSTRUCTION

本文以同种异体肋软骨为听骨重建材料,对慢性中耳炎等作了听力重建术。随访4～4.5年的9耳中,7耳听力提高15dB以上,占77.8%。随访6～15个月的48耳中,40耳听力提高15dB以上,占83.3%。失败例听力无低于术前者。

Ossicular reconstructions were performed with rib cartilage homograft onthe patients with chronic otitis media. of the 9 ears followed up for 4～4.5years, hearing increased (<15db) in 7 ears (77.8%) and of the 48 earsfollowed up for 6～15 months hearing increased (>15db) in 40 ears (83.3% ).No hearing in failure ears was lower than that of preoperation
