摘要
本文介绍了国内外近年来有关轻型在用车检查与保养(I/M)制度、国外在用车的检测方法以及《机动车排放污染防治技术政策》,分析了我国提高机动车尾气排放质量、改善大气状况的目标和现状,对比了国外通行的几种在用车检测方法,并提出了适合我国国情的检测方法。
This paper introduces the recent development on in-use vehicle inspection maintenance programs both at home and abroad, the testing methods on in-use vehicle in foreign countries and the policy on automotive emission control technology issued in China. The paper also analyses the goal and status quo in raising the level of automotive emission control in our country. By comparing several commonly used testing methods, a proper one suiting to the situation in China is proposed.
