本文分析了汽油机催化转化器的工作条件,指出了催化转化器机械破坏的主要原因和破坏形式。重 点介绍了利用台架试验考核催化转化器总成机械性能的方法及其在部分催化转化器上的应用。

This paper analysis the work conditions of automotive catalytic converter, points out its main forms of failure and their causes. A set of evaluation and test method for mechanical reliability of automotive catalytic converter on the test bench has been put forward, and its application on some of catalytic converters is discussed.
