高速列车圆柱滚动轴承的配合和原始径向游隙分析

Analysis of Fit between Cylindrical Roller Bearings and the Original Radial Clearance on High Speed Trains

:分析了我国目前铁路客车使用的滚动轴承与轮轴的配合中的问题及其目前采用的原始径向游隙的合理性 ,并指出 :原始径向游隙的取值不应一概而论 ,应随车速。

Analyzed are the problems in fit between rolling bearings and wheelsets as well as the reasonability of the original radial clearance applied at present on railway passenger cars in China.It is pointed out that the original radial clearance should not be the same value and should have different values in view of different train speeds,loads and original fit.
