The article remarks that practising continuous development strategy is a urgent and heavy task that the small town enterprises are faced with.In order to realise the continuous developnent of small town enterprises,we must control the quantity of country population ,elimilate the resource waste phenomena existing in the course of small town enterprise development,cope with the environment pollution problems existing in the course of small town enterprise development, and change the small town enterprise growth method.
