85例先天智能发育不全的细胞遣传学研究

A CYTOLOGICAL GENETICS RESEARCH FOR 85 CASES WITH CONGENTIAL MENTAL RETARDATION

先天智能发育不全(mental retarda-tion,MR)是一种常见且发病率高,危害性大而又病因复杂的病征。为了人类的优生,深入研究及预防极有必要。对象与方法自1985年4月至1990年4月,我院收治的85例MR病例。男62例,女23例,男女之比为2.69:1,年龄1天到27岁,3岁以下者52例。

The results of studying 85 cases with congential mental retardation (CMR) showed that the incidence of chromosome mutation (CM) was 35.29% and most of them were the type of Down's syndrome.The positive rate of it was 32.94%. This data indicated that CM is the main cause of CMR. and expound that the origin of abnormal chromosome, undivisible chromosome and the formation of 21 triploid are related to irradiation, medicines and high aged pregnancy.
