风湿性心脏病的肾脏损害——附103例临床分析

RENAL INJURY OF RHEUMATIC HEART DISEASE. AN ANALYSIS OF 103 CASES

风湿性心脏病可累及肾脏,临床上对于肾脏损害的报导较少。为探讨其对肾脏损害的影响,本文收集了近8年来我院风心病并肾损害的住院病人103例进行分析,以供同道参考。

This article deals with renal injury of 103 cases with rheumatic heart disease ( RHD ) ,The results showed that renal injury of RHD correlates with renal congestion,which is induced by right heart failure ( HF ) . There was a positive correlation between the degree of renal injury and that of HF. It also showed that there is a close relation between renal injury and complications of RHD. When the patients complicated rheumapyra or infective endocarditis they may suffer from glome -rulitis. In order to save the renal function, it is necessary to treat HF in time.
