摘要
本研究观察了抗氯喹株及氯喹敏感株伯氏疟原虫在代谢方面的差异。纯分离的疟原虫经Disk-电泳分离后,用乳酸脱氢酶活力染色,氯喹敏感株疟原虫可见两个主带,抗氯喹株疟原虫只呈现一个主带。经SDS一电泳分离的标本以硝酸银染色后,氯喹敏感株疟原虫的蛋白分带显著多于抗氯喹株疟原虫,提示疟原虫对氯喹产生抗药性后,在代谢方面亦发生了相应的变化。
Metabolic differences between Chloroquinresistant P.Berghei and Chloroquinsensible ones were studied. Isolate plasmodia, isolated by Disk-electr oplior esis, stained actively with lactic dehydrogenase. Two main bands were found in the Chloroquinsensible P. Berghei whereas one band in the chloro-quinresistant. Sample, isolated by SDS-electrophoresis, stained with silver nitrate. Bands were marked different between the two kinds of plasmodia. Bands of Chloroquinsensible plasmodia showed much more than that of the chloroquin-resistant ones. All suggested that metabolic changes have been occurred in the plasmodia since they bacame resistant to chloroquin.
