伯氏疟原虫抗氯喹株与氯喹敏感株在乳酸脱氢酶同功酶和蛋白谱上的差异

摘要 本研究观察了抗氯喹株及氯喹敏感株伯氏疟原虫在代谢方面的差异。纯分离的疟原虫经Disk-电泳分离后,用乳酸脱氢酶活力染色,氯喹敏感株疟原虫可见两个主带,抗氯喹株疟原虫只呈现一个主带。经SDS一电泳分离的标本以硝酸银染色后,氯喹敏感株疟原虫的蛋白分带显著多于抗氯喹株疟原虫,提示疟原虫对氯喹产生抗药性后,在代谢方面亦发生了相应的变化。 Metabolic differences between Chloroquinresistant P.Berghei and Chloroquinsensible ones were studied. Isolate plasmodia, isolated by Disk-electr oplior esis, stained actively with lactic dehydrogenase. Two main bands were found in the Chloroquinsensible P. Berghei whereas one band in the chloro-quinresistant. Sample, isolated by SDS-electrophoresis, stained with silver nitrate. Bands were marked different between the two kinds of plasmodia. Bands of Chloroquinsensible plasmodia showed much more than that of the chloroquin-resistant ones. All suggested that metabolic changes have been occurred in the plasmodia since they bacame resistant to chloroquin.
