A Basic Theory Outline of the Economic Law in China

经济法以现代市场经济为基础，是市场经济的法。在本质上，经济法是有形之手和无形之手相结合的法，是纵横经济关系平衡结合的法，也是经济集中与经济民主对立统一的法，具有平衡协调、综合调整等功能。它的出现使法与经济实现全方位的结合，使法能更直接、更有力地为经济基础服务。

Economic law is based on the modern market and market－oriented． The author holds that economic law in nature is the law with a combination of both“visible and invisible hands” a balance of vertical and horizontal relationship a unity of opposites both in economic centralism and democracy． The emergence of economic law has made the law well integrated with economy so that law can be effectively used for the economic development．
