一、前言杜仲是我国特产的树种。杜仲皮是贵重的中药材,叶、皮及果实中所含丰富的硬性胶质是一种重要的工业原料。木材质地洁白是制做家具的好材料。杜仲树也是优美的绿化树种。杜仲已列入国家重点保护植物的“红皮书”
Experiments indicated that the quality and longevity of Eucommia seeds couldbe maintained and prolonged in the suitable conditions,i.e.stored in a dry andlow temperature environment.The moisure contain of seed could be dried lowerthan 3 percent.Seed electro-conductivity of soaking solution were measured regu-larly,with associated synchronously with germination tests.In order to monitorseed vigor and viability changes during storage,the topograohical tetrazolium (TTC)test would be a precise method for practical use.By means of it,i.e.accordingto the stain degress,it is clearly note that the top of embryo root is the most se-nsitive to ageing and deterioration.
