摘要
针对文丘里水膜除尘器在工程应用中仍存在水雾均匀度较差、耗水量较大、除尘效果较差和烟气带水严重等问题 ,应用低压旋流雾化水喷嘴实验研究了水雾均匀度对其除尘效率的影响。研究结果表明 :喉部喷嘴布置及运行情况直接影响喉部水雾均匀度和除尘效率 ;采用两两相向的低压旋流雾化水喷嘴组合布置 ,保证喷嘴入口水压力为 0 .2MPa~ 0 .4MPa ,液气比为 0 .1L/m3~ 0 .2L/m3 时 ,喉部水雾均匀度和除尘效率将大大提高。图 8表 1参
With an eye on problems existing with water film venturi dust collectors in engineering application, including fog inhomegeneity, large water consumption insufficient dust deposition efficiency and serious water entrainment of the gas, test studied were conducted concerning the influence of fog homegeneity on dust collection efficiency with the help of a flow pressure swirling flow water nozzle. Test results show that the arrangement and operating conditions have a direct bearing on the fog homegeneity at the throat and on the dust removal efficiency. With an arrangement where two low pressure swirling flow atomizing water nozzles are facing one another, keeping the water pressure at the nozzle's entrance between 0.2MPa~0.4MPa and the water to gas ratio between 0.1L/m 3~0.2L/m 3, the fog homegeneity at the throat and the dust removal efficiency can both be remarkably improved.
