该文分析了锅炉给水泵转子定位所考虑的三个方面问题及其内在联系 ,总结了转子的轴向定位就是通过调整平衡盘的轴向位置使各叶轮水口对中 ,而推力盘要保证平衡盘间隙在最小间隙前投运 ,在平衡盘间隙大于最小间隙正常运行时退出运行。指出轴向定位的关键是调整导叶进水口与叶轮出水口的相对位置 ,调整推力盘闭合时平衡盘与平衡座之间的轴向间隙。该文对给水泵的检修调整及平衡盘磨损严重、推力盘烧瓦和流量不足的故障诊断具有一定的指导意义。图 4参
The paper discusses analytically these problems and their interconnections that have to be considered for axial positioning of rotors of boiler feed pumps with the conclusion that this is to be accomplished by centering the inlet of all wheels well, which can be achieved by adjusting the axial position of the balancing disc, while the axial thrust bearing should warrant that the balancing disc becomes effective before the gap of the balancing disc gets to a minimum, and on the other hand, become ineffective as soon as the gap has increased to a normal operating value, which is larger than its minimum. The paper points out that the key to correct axial positioning lies in adjusting the position of the guide vanes' loading edges, relative to the wheels' one that, and in adjusting the balancing disc's axial gap when the thrust bearing has closed down. This paper may serve as a relerence for repair and adjustment jobs of feed water pumps as well as for diagnosing such pump failures as caused by serious abrasion of the balancing disc, searing of the thrust bearing lining or by insufficient flow capacity.
