From the derivation and the deduction of the reliability indexes statistic algorithm,the forecasting algorithm and the planning algorilhm for the power supply,the paper makes a study of the practising of the appraisal rules macromethod based on four or five grade units.It introduces a new method for reference for the management and forecasting of power supply reliability.
