摘要
采用逆转录－多聚酶链反应（ＲＴ－ＰＣＲ）及真彩色图像分析系统，观察了４例小儿系膜增殖性肾炎肾穿刺组织中ＩＬ－１βｍＲＮＡ表达与系膜基质间的关系。结果表明：ＩＬ－１βｍＲＮＡ的表达与基质的扩大呈显著正相关（ｒ＝０．９７７１．Ｐ＜０．０５）。提示ＩＬ－１β在系膜增殖性肾炎中起重要作用。其ｍＲＮＡ表达水平与系膜基质扩大、硬化相关。
sing the RT-PCR, PASM stain andquantitive analysis of
true colour medicalimage analysis system ,we observed the re-lationship between the
expression of IL-1beta mRNA and the expansion of mesan-gial matrix in 4 cases of MsPGN in
chil-dren. The results showed there was a posi-tive correlation between the expression
ofIL-1beta mRNA and the expansion ofmesangial matrix (r= 0. 9771 , P<0. 05 ). Itsuggested that
IL-1beta might play an im-portant role in the MsPGN . The expressionlevel of IL-1beta mRNA
may reflect the de-grees of mesangial expansion and sclerosis.
