可靠性增长试验通用数学模型及其影响因素

摘要 可靠性增长试验研究是可靠性工程中一个理论体系尚不完善和急待解决的问题。分析现有可靠性增长模型的基础上,建立了能够用平均故障等级系数、认识度和改正度来描述可靠性增长过程的通用模型,还采用当量故障率来表示记录故障和计量故障之间的相互关系,使故障发生对系统性能的影响程度能够得到定量计算的方法。实践表明,这种方法对系统的可靠性增长试验的增长率描述具有一定的现实意义。 Reliability growth testing is a problem urgent awaiting solution and its theory remains to be perfected in relaibility engineering. In this paper, a general mathematical model is presented which can describe reliability growth process by applying failure grade coefficient, understand.ing lever and correct lever, which is based on analysing various reliability growth testing model. Relation between recorded failure and quantitatve failure can be indicated by using equivalent failure rate, thus, the influence caused .by failure on the function of system can be quantitatively calculated. Its application and reasonableness can be affirmed by analysing reliability growth testing of the automatic loader, which provide a reference basis for the similar research and play an important part in guiding the similar research.
