摘要
介绍一个用于 35 kV变电站的继电保护、安全监测和控制的微机系统。该系统利用 3台微型计算机实现了对一个工业变电站全站的主要电气设备及全部馈电线路的集中保 护、巡回检测、电压及无功功率补偿的综合控制。还介绍了微机控制系统的功能、特 点、系统的组成和微机保护的算法与软件设计。该系统的第一台样机,已投入运行.实 践证明:该系统功能齐全、技术性能先进、运行可靠、操作方便、深受用户赞赏。
In this paper a microcomputer control system for relay protection and security monitoring of 35kV substation is introduced. Three microcomputers were used to implement the centralized protection of the main electrical facilities and all feed lines of an industrial substation, making a circuit of inspection and comprehensive control of voltage and the compensation of reactive power. The function, characteristics, and composition of the system as well as the protection algorithm and software design arc presented in this paper. The first prototype of this system has been operating. The practice shows that this system has excellent functions and performance, it can be operated easily and reliably. A number of users appreciate it very much.
