乌鱼人工繁殖与苗种培育技术研究

A Study on the Technology of Artificial Reproduction and Fry Rearing of Snakeheaded Fish

采用人工催产、自然产卵、自然受精的方法对４对亲鱼进行了人工繁殖，在水泥池进行孵化和培育，结果共培育出１．２～１．５ｃｍ的鱼苗４２０００尾，培育至４～６ｃｍ，成活率８５．２％，共３５８００尾。

In order to study the technology of artificial reproduction and fry rearing of snakeheaded fish, four couple parent fish were artificially reproduced with artificial induced spawning, natural ovulation and natural fertilization, then zygotes were incubated and fries were reared in cement pond. 42.000 fries of 1.2cm to 1.5cm long were reared while 35.800 fries of 4.0cm to 6.0cm long were alive. The survival rate reached 85.2%.
