摘要 Separationanddeterminationoftraceamountsofberyllium(Ⅱ),aluminium(Ⅲ)andiron(Ⅲ)withchromazolKSbyRP-HPLCLiuShaopu,DengChuanyue.Z... A RP-HPLC method for the separation and determination of beryllium(Ⅱ),aluminium(Ⅲ)and iron(Ⅲ)with chromazol KS chelates on a C18-bonded stationary phase by using methanol-water( 55:45 ) containing 1 ×10 ̄(-3)mol/L chromazol KS and 0.2 mol/L lithium chloride and 2.0mol/L acetic acid-sodium acetate buffer (pH 4.0)as mobile phase and with spectrophotometric detec-tion at 580 nm was developed. The method has high sensitivity,the detection limits being 5.3 ppb forberyllium(Ⅱ),4.0 ppb for aluminium(Ⅲ)and 10.0 ppb for iron (Ⅲ),and it has good selectivitywhich under the optimum condititons most other metal ions do not interfere.
