Based on the systematic training and its practical characteristics of the athlete for trackevents,this paper has established the model of High Intensity Equal in Load Computerized RunningTraining Programs (Short from : HIEL) , summing up some theoretical methods of the grey relation ,the fuzzy set , computerized training, physical physiology and physical training, in order to researchthe efficient way to train the athlete for track events. From the experiment, we've got the satisfied ef-fect.
