摘要
采用两种遗传背景的近等基因系(有、无蜜腺),在田间条件下,比较二者间的光合速率,叶绿素含量、单株叶面积、比叶重和干物重。结果表明,有、无蜜腺近等基因系间的上述光合性能没有显著的差异。
Near-isogenic lines with or without nectar under two genetic backgrounds ofupland cotton (Gossypium hirsutum) were compared for net photosynthetic rate (NPR),chlorophyll content (CC), leef area per plant (LA), specific leaf weight (SLW)and dry matter (DM) at three or four growth stages. NPR was measured using a CO_2infrared analyzer. Nectariless genes had 1ittle effects on NPR、CC, LA and SLW.Also, nectariless cotton did not utilize its un-secreted nectar to increase dry matterof cotton plants.
