摘要 应用光镜和电镜观察比较了缺硼和适量供硼条件下苎麻器官的解剖学。结果:缺硼苎麻花粉粒空瘪,小孢子母细胞减数分裂不正常;植株的分生组织和输导组织的发育受抑制;叶片不正常加厚,栅栏薄壁细胞内含物呈丝状解体,叶柄皮层薄壁细胞中有较多的淀积物。 The effects of boron on the anatomical structure of Boehmenia nivea were studiedwith photomicroscope and scanning electron microscope. It was found that the pollensof boron-deficient plants failed to develop normally: the pollen grains were emptydue to shortage in nutrients, resulting in male-sterility. The vascular systems of thestems, petioles and midribs were poorly developed or destroyed. The meristem andparenchyma were affected, and the anatomical structure of the leaves was injured bysevere B-deficiency.
