摘要
收集本院近３ 年来恙虫病并发肺炎１５ 例，确诊前均为误诊，通过分析其临床表现、胸片等检查，阐明了误诊原因，采用以多西环素为主的综合治疗，治愈率达１００ ％ ．
The author collected 15 cases of patients suffering from rickettsiosis complicated pneumonia in recent three years in our hospital(All of the cases were erroneously diagnosed before definite diagnosis),through the analysis of their clinical feature and chest radiological examination etc.,and explained the causes of error diagnosis,and took the doxycycline as the main medicine of integrated treatment.The care rate was at 100%.
