经尿道电切治疗前列腺术后尿道狭窄

Treatment of Urethral Stricture after Prostatectomy byTransurethral Resection

用腔内镜技术治疗９ 例前列腺摘除术后并发前列腺尿道部狭窄．结果表明：９ 例病人术后３ ｄ 拔除尿管，拔管后均排尿通畅，１ 个月后复查尿流率，最大尿流率为（１８ ．３ ±０ ．８）ｍ Ｌ／ｓ ，比术前（６ ．８９ ±１ ．５）ｍ Ｌ／ｓ 有明显改善。

cases complicated by prostatic urethral stricture after prostatectomy were treated by using the technique of endoscope.The results showed that all patients urinated unobstructedly when the uretic tube was pulled out after the 3rd day of operation,and the maximal flow rate of urine was within the range of (18.3±0.8)mL/s when the flow rate of urine was reexamined in a month's time.Thus it could be seen that the curative effect after operation was obviously better than that before operation(6.89±1.5)mL/s.
