竞体运动中骨骼肌Ⅰ、Ⅱ型纤维组成与乳酸无氧阈的关系

摘要 长期以来,最大吸氧量(Vo_2·max)一直被认为是反映有氧耐力的最好指标,但是耐力运动员专项运动成绩的提高,除了与最大吸氧量有关外,还与机体长时间、有效地利用氧的能力即最大有氧利用率有关。最大有氧利用率就是指在没有血乳酸急剧堆积时。
