摘要
对43个葡萄种类的一年生枝条进行低温冷冻的结果表明,在正常情况下,一年生枝条的不同解剖组织颜色不一样;经冷冻处理后,不同种类的枝条解剖组织颜色变化也不相同。据此提出了以一年生枝条的次生木质部为冻害调查部位,并依照次生木质部变褐相对面积大小,进行冻害的十级分级方法。改进后的组织变褐法,具有易于掌握、客观可靠和便于数量化分析等特点。
The one-year twigs of 43 varieties in Vitis spp. native in China were artificially frozen at different low temperatures. The results showed that in case of normal conditions, the natural colors of different anatomical tissue of one-year grape twigs were not the same among different grape varieties. After cold-frozen treatments, variation in colors of anatomical tissue of twigs from different grape varieties are not the same. Based on which, the secondary xylem part in one year twigs was suggested as the important part for investigation of damages. Also based on the relative size of area becoming brown in the secondary xylem, the classification method of ten-scale was worked out for the investigation of frozen damages, the improved tissue browing method is easy to grasp, objective, reliable and convenient for quatitative analysis.
