摘要
实验结果表明:①甜菜营养生长不同时期耐旱力不同,块根分化形成期为干旱敏感期。②甜菜不同类型品种的耐旱力有差异,在供试品种中,四倍体品种耐旱力较弱;高糖型二倍体品种较丰产型二倍体品种耐旱。③不同类型品种的耐旱力与其生理生化特性有关,耐旱品种在干旱胁迫下有较低的电解质外渗率,较高的超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化氢酶活力,较低的枯叶/全叶比值和较短的暂时萎蔫时间。④在严重的干旱胁迫下,在块根产量、含糖率、产糖量3个方面,四倍体品种与二倍体品种差异不显著,在二倍体品种内,高糖型品种与丰产型品种之间的差异接近或达到显著、极显著水平。
The experimental results shown that. 1) Sugarbeet varieties with different drought tolerance in different stages of vegetative growth, in which the stage of root differentiating and forming could be sensitive. 2) The drought tolerances were different in different varieties, tetraploid varieties have less drought ranee,tolerance, the diploid varieties of high sugar content type have higher tolerance than high yield type. 3) The relationship between drought tolcrarce and physiological and biochemical characters in the blade was preliminary found. In very dry soil, the varieties with high drought tolerance had shorter temporary wilting time and lower ratio of dead leaves to total leaves and electrolyte leakage percentage, higher activities of superoxide dismutase and catalase, higher contents of Vitamin. C and glutathione. 4) Under drought-stress seriously, the differences were not significant between tetraploid and diploid in root yield, sugar content and sugar yield. The differences were similar or significant, extremely significant level between high sugar and high yielding of diploid.
