摘要
加入 WT O将给中国企业带来发展的机遇 ,同时也使中国企业面临巨大的挑战。中国企业欲在全球化市场竞争中生存与发展 ,“人”是极其关键的因素。培训是开发人力资源的重要途径。国外企业的几种培训模式 ,为我们提供了几点启示 :1.没有一种单一的、全方位的最佳模式 ,组织可以根据现实的决策环境制定复合模式 ,并能直接应用到实践中 ,使培训有成效。 2 .要建立能够提高中国企业国际竞争力的培训体制 ,需要国家、行业、组织和个人的共同参与。国家、行业、组织、个人观念与行为的改变 。
The globalization of the market has become a fact of life for China's companies with new opportunities and challenges.Training is an important way of tapping human resource.This paper will introduce and analyze several prevailing overseas training methods as well as inspiration from them,as follows:1 Any training method is not the best one,and organization must frame a multiple method according to its need.The first thing is the method is effectual.2 Four participators(government,trade,organization and personality) must take action of Changing their idea and behavior if we want to establish a training mechanism that can improve the competitive power of Chinese companies in the global market.
